The Forest Acres Civic Association traces its roots back to 1964. We are a volunteer-run organization consisting of residents and owners of homes in our neighborhood. The purpose of our civic association is the improvement of the quality of life of the residents of Forest Acres.
We are not a formal home owners association, and as a result, we do not have any binding powers over our residents.
